LCDS hiring event requires advance applications for Nov. 5 interviews

Applicants must submit a résumé before being considered for an interview at the Lambton Works Centre; the event is not open to walk-ins.

Lambton County Developmental Services and Lambton Works Centre are holding a hiring event Thursday, Nov. 5, for Direct Support Professional positions across the county.

The interviews will take place at Lambton Works Centre in the Lambton Shared Services Centre, 162 Lochiel St., Suite 100, in Sarnia.

Job seekers must submit a résumé in advance to [email protected]. Selected applicants will be contacted with an interview appointment.

The county’s announcement emphasizes that this is not a drop-in event.

Lambton Works staff can assist prospective applicants with résumé preparation, mock interviews and job-search support.

The event is intended to connect qualified applicants with LCDS opportunities at locations throughout Lambton County.

Job seekers should use the application email to ask whether applications are still being accepted and to obtain instructions. Attending the centre without an appointment does not secure an interview.
