Tracy Williamson passed peacefully at Vision Nursing Home on August 3, 2026.

Beloved wife of 39 years to Jim and loving mother of Hillary (Peter) and Danielle (Carter), Tracy was the cherished daughter of Betty and the late Don and the dear sister of Dave (Tip), Matt (Irene), Geoff (Becky), Greg (Sandy), and Chris (Ingrid).

Tracy will be remembered for her warm heart, sunny disposition, and unwavering kindness. Quick to laugh and always ready with a smile, she had a gift for bringing joy to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Even at the nursing home, Tracy was known for brightening everyone's day, often singing, dancing, and sharing her infectious spirit with residents and staff alike, frequently alongside her lifelong best friend, Suzette, with whom she shared a lifetime of laughter.

Above all, Tracy will be remembered for the genuine care she showed to others. Whether it was family, friends, or the many beloved pets she welcomed into her life, nothing brought her greater happiness than knowing those around her felt loved and cared for.

Tracy faced the challenges of her illness with remarkable courage and resilience. Throughout her journey, the love of her family, friends, and caregivers surrounded her, and her beautiful spirit never left her.

The Williamson family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Vision Nursing Home for the compassion, kindness, and love they showed Tracy throughout her time there.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada in Tracy's memory.
