It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Randy Phillips on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at the age of 77. Randy was a very loving father to Kerry Phillips (Brian Beauregard) and Greg Phillips. Friend and former husband to Vinetta Phillips. Proud & devoted grandpa to Josh, Kyle & Ella. Bonus grandpa to Maddison, Quinn & Ella Beauregard.
Predeceased by his parents and siblings, brothers Barry Phillips and Paul (Sophie) Phillips, sister Holly and brother in law John Duncan was his best friend.
Randy owned and operated Phillips Farm Drainage, a very successful business he built through years of hard work and dedication. Some of his favourite times were spent with family, especially watching his grandchildren’s sports, activities and celebrating their accomplishments.
He will be remembered by many friends, nieces and nephews and all who met him. Special thank you to the Palliative staff at Bluewater Health. Family and friends will be received at the Smith Family Centre (in front of Smith Funeral Home), 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
Interment at Hillsdale Cemetery in Petrolia on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 2:30 pm.
