Mrs. Alfia (Lattanzi) Biscaro, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 95.
Alfia was born in Fregene, Italy and was a daughter of the late Quirino and Argia (DiMuzio) Lattanzi.
Beloved wife of the late Antonio Biscaro (2012).
Loving mother and mother-in-law of Mario & Irene Biscaro and Sonia Biscaro.
Dear grandmother “Nonna” of Joseph, Imanol (Carlota) and Jennifer (Dave).
She will be sadly missed by her special friends Margie, Eric, Fred (Anita) and Bruna.
Predeceased by her siblings Orazio and Lina.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Alfia was a member of the Holy Family C.W.L. and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, Bingo and the slots at the casino.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 4-7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 11 a.m. from Holy Family Church, Wallaceburg.
Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation may be left at the funeral home.
