For those who don’t drink wine, the mocktail options are equally well-crafted, offering a delightful alternative. The charcuterie board was expertly put together—simple, but thoughtfully executed. The cheeses and meats were well-paired and well-presented, adding to the overall sense of care the staff put into every aspect of the experience.
The pizza is the epitome of shareable comfort food. Hot and flavourful, it pairs beautifully with the drinks, making it the perfect choice for casual dining with friends or family. Though the food isn’t groundbreaking, it serves its purpose, and the execution is undeniably solid.
Service at Shale Ridge is exceptional. The staff are attentive without being overbearing, offering insightful suggestions and ensuring guests feel relaxed and well-cared for. As we munched our snacks, we couldn't help but plan the future parties and activities we would like to host here.
