Bill was predeceased by his loving parents, Theresa Foubister (2020) and William (Bill) Foubister Sr. (2001).

He leaves behind his three beloved sons, Matt (Alexis), Tyler, and Josh (Avery). Bill was a proud grandfather to Harmonie, Axel, and Kali, who brought great joy to his life. Also survived by Tina Baxter, the mother of his children.

A skilled and dedicated carpenter, Bill spent his working years as a proud member of Carpenters’ Local 1256. Outside of work, Bill had a love for the outdoors, especially ice fishing, charter fishing and dirt biking with his boys. He also enjoyed rock and roll music and the odd trip to the casino.
