Journal staff Residents at Vision Long Term Care and Rest Home were treated to a Wild West-themed event this month, as part of the home’s Fun Fest celebration hosted by the Vision Family Council.

Officials with NOVA Chemicals announced a $50,000 contribution to the Inn of the Good Shepherd in Sarnia, recently, along with a ‘soup kitchen takeover’ where employees served more than 500 meals to those in need.

The 2nd Annual 5K for the Kids event held last month raised more than $4,000 for St. Clair Child & Youth Services, the agency says.
