Sarnia enforcement officers laid a fourth charge for a violation of the emergency orders on Saturday.
Individuals were charged for a gathering of more then five people not from the same household, the city’s Primary Control Group said.
“We appreciate and understand the difficult sacrifices that are being asked of the community,” a release said.
“We want to take this time to thank all community members who are doing their part to slow and stop the spread of COVID-19 within our community.”
The city’s emergency measures hotline has received more than 700 complaints and tips since coming into effect April 1.
The other charges laid involved a 72-year-old man accused of not self-isolating after travel, a family that held a party with more than five people, and a non-essential business that remained open.
