The Dream Home Lottery is offering a larger prizeboard to mark its 20th year.
In addition to the home itself, 66 other prizes are available including a trip for two, a diamond, cash prizes and $500 vouchers.
The home is currently under construction at 41 Kamal Dr., backing onto Michigan Road near Modeland Road.
The five-bedroom bungalow will come fully furnished including electronics and appliances. The winner can keep the home, valued at $512,866, or take a cash prize of $300,000.
Home tours begin Saturday, Oct. 4 and will continue every Saturday and Sunday until Feb. 15.
Eight thousand tickets will go on sale in early September for $100 each.
In two decades, the Bluewater Health Foundation lottery has raised more than $5.5 million dollars for hospital services in Sarnia and Petrolia.
Proceeds this year will support a program for newborns.
