A Sarnia woman has been named to Canadian Business magazine’s annual list of the top 100 female entrepreneurs in Canada
Cassandra Nordell is the co-founder of William Standen Co., a Sarnia-based kitchen and bath design and renovation company.
She was #68 on this year’s list, which considers the size, growth rate and profitability of businesses.
Nordell told PROFITguide.com that after eight years of working 80-hour weeks she appointed a COO and scheduled wellness activities into her schedule.
“It’s made me more efficient, healthier and in a better frame of mind to lead staff and the business,” she said.
