A rundown on what’s available at November First Friday

Journal Staff Organizers of First Friday say there will be loads of live music, art, food and drinks to suit any age and palate — whatever the weather holds on Nov. 1.
This ‘plein air’ painting by Sarnia landscape artist Allison Robichaud is from a solo retrospective show and sale opening during the Nov. 1 First Friday festivities at the Lawrence House. Robichaud, who has works hanging in many galleries and has written several books on painting, will also give a Nov. 10 still life painting demonstration and a Nov. 17 artist’s talk. Both events are at the Lawrence House starting at 1:30 p.m. Submitted Image
