Suspect sought in armed robbery at London Line gas bar

Journal staff Sarnia Police are asking the public for any information about a an armed robbery that took place at a London Line gas bar, early Tuesday. Police responded around 6 a.m. in response to a robbery in the 1600 block of London Line.

Sarnia Police are asking the public for any information about a an armed robbery that took place at a London Line gas bar, early Tuesday.

Police responded around 6 a.m. in response to a robbery in the 1600 block of London Line. According to the victim, the lone suspect entered the store brandishing a firearm and was handed cash and other items, before fleeing on foot.

The suspect is described as being a white female, thin build, approximately 5’4” in height and believed to be in her 30’s. She was wearing black sunglasses and had her hood drawn up close around her face.

The hoodie appears to be a grey and black hoodie or jacket, along with grey pants and two-tone black and white running shoes. 

The shoes appeared to have pink or red accents at the back.  The female was also wearing a black backpack with pink piping on the shoulder straps.

No one was injured during the incident.
