A 25-year-old St. Clair Township woman was arrested and faces several charges following what Lambton OPP are calling a ‘lengthy investigation’ that began last year.
Police say the woman was taken into custody around 2 p.m. on January 17, after an ongoing investigation which began in the spring of 2022.
The charges include ‘abduction in contravention of court order’ as well as obstructing a peace officer, and eight counts of disobeying a court order.
No other information was released.
The accused has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
