Sarnia’s Revelree Music Festival returns this summer with a full slate of music lined up for July 21 and 22, organizers announced this week.

“We are thrilled about the lineup for our second year,” festival director Scott Palko said of the second-annual event, taking place in Canatara Park. “To have so many talented and decorated artists take the stage over two days is something we are very excited to offer Sarnia-Lambton residents and visitors to our region.

“As a festival, we are committed to putting as many great performers on stage as we possibly can in a weekend. We want people to be excited for our headliners, but we also want attendees to take in all performances because there is a lot of amazing talent in Canada and we are very fortunate to gather a number of them for the festival this year.”

Friday’s lineup includes headliners and popular Canadian rockers and five-time Juno award winners Arkells, along with electro-pop sensation Lights, and Oji-Cree singer-songwriter Aysanabee.

Local acts include Little White Lies and Gypsy Flats, followed by Kitchener/Waterloo pop/alt rockers Living Room For Small.

“The Revelree Music Festival is a celebration of live entertainment and we were able to witness just how enjoyable that celebration can be with last year’s event,” Palko said. “The entire weekend was filled with positivity and liveliness and our goal is to continue that experience for everyone this year and for years to come.”

The Revelree Music Festival is an all ages event. General admission tickets are $95 for a single day or $165 for a weekend pass, and VIP tickets are $135 for a single day or $245 for a weekend pass. Tickets and full event details are available at www.revelreemusicfestival.com.
