The Sarnia Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance following an early-morning robbery in the city’s north end.

Police say officers responded to the call, along with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) canine unit, around 5:20 a.m., to the area of Cathcart Boulevard and Colborne Road.

It’s alleged that the suspect entered the store, held up a knife, threatened to kill an employee, and demanded money.

Police say the suspect was given the money before fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as having a slim build, seating a black sweater with white detailing on the shoulders, grey jogging pants, tan-coloured work boots and a wolf mask.
