The Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership is reaching out to university graduates to test interest in forming local alumni networks.

A short survey is available this month at www.sarnialambton.on.ca to gauge local interest. Networking events could include social nights at restaurants, seminars or trips back to graduates’ alma maters for sports or other alumni events.

Such networks could make the community stronger, said CEO Stephen Thompson said.

“We hope to connect with as many university alumni as possible and provide a valuable outlet for the fostering of innovation, jobs, professional growth and ultimately elevate experiences in Sarnia-Lambton.”
