Sarnia Transit is preparing a special festive route as the Celebration of Lights Bus Tour returns after a two-year hiatus.

The tour will return on Dec. 15 and 16, inviting residents to hop on a Sarnia Transit bus to take in some of the City’s best lit and decorated properties, including those featured in the Celebration of Lights, from the comfort of a bus.

Tickets go on sale Monday, Dec. 5 and can be purchased between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, at the City Hall Customer Service Centre, or via phone at 519-332-0330 ext. 3131.

Tickets are $3 per seat. Children who can sit on a parent or guardian’s lap do not need to purchase a ticket.

Tours will depart both days from outside entrance four at Lambton Mall every 15 minutes starting at 6:30 p.m. until the final tour leaves at 8:45 p.m.

A total of 10 tours will depart each night. Tours last approximately 35 minutes.

Non-perishable food items will be accepted for the Inn of the Good Shepard.
