Sarnia’s Rheannon Demeter, left, and Marissa Mueller, of Petrolia, captured the U16 gold medal at an Ontario Volleyball Association sanctioned beach volleyball tournament in Hamilton on June 13.
During the winter, Demeter plays for Forest City in London while Mueller plays for Sarnia Twin Bridges, and both train at the Volleyball Canada Centre of Excellence in London.
