Below are some of the establishments that can be toured during the next First Friday cultural walkabout in downtown Sarnia on Friday, Oct. 4

Downtown parking on street and lots is free, and bicycle racks are available in many locations for those who prefer pedal power.

JUDITH & NORMAN ALIX ART GALLERY - 147 Lochiel St.- 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. - Opening of three new exhibitions:  Jenn E Norton Slipstream, Siphonophora, and Thomson's Painting. Members reception begins at 7 p.m.

COFFEE CULTURE - 130 Lochiel St. – 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. - Live music with The Music Man.

SEEDZ - 190 Christina St. N. – 8 p.m. - 10 p.m. - Stand-up comedy with Xander Burger.

ARTOPIA GALLERY & FRAMING - 188 Christina St N – 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. - Glenn Ogilvie Exhibition - A selection of traditional black & white film and digital images will explore the possibilities of landscape. Also, live music by Bruce Clark & James Wallen.

PARALLEL JUNCTION - 176 Christina St. N. - Featuring over 40 artists and artisans.

PETITE A LA CARTE  - 170 Christina Street N. - Art by Bill Walters, Lynne Brogden and Chantal Simon.

R.W. LAWTON GALLERY (located behind the Imperial Theatre Box Office by The Capitol Bar) 168 Christina St. N – 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. - Meet the photographers behind "All the World's a Stage." Photos by students, grads and instructors of the Lambton College Photography Program

DOWNTOWN MARKET - 140 Christina St. N. – 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. - live music with Strum 'n' Drum

CHEEKY MONKEY - 130 Christina St. N – 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. - Live music with Mike Blackmore, plus "Solstice" original art exhibit & sale by Bill Walters

THE ISO INTERNATIONAL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA - 143 Christina St. N. – 7p.m. - 9 p.m. – Symphony’s new location for live music.

SILHOUETTES BOUTIQUE - 125 Christina St. N – 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.  "Live Mannequins in the Windows."  Models featured are breast cancer survivors in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

COWBOYS & INDIANS - 121 Christina St. N - Open until 9 p.m. with works by local First Nations artists.

100 CHRISTINA ST. – 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. - posters and original prints by Dave Moore for sale with all proceeds to support the Red Cross Bahamas hurricane relief fund.

THE LAWRENCE HOUSE CENTRE FOR THE ARTS - 127 Christina St. S. – 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.  Exhibition opening of Latitudes: Photography from 45°N to 75°N by Alexa Coupland and Sandi Spaulding. Also live music by Lambton County Fiddlers.

RIVER BANK & CO. - 172 Front Street N - open until 9 p.m. - Original art by Jenny Liz Rome, Olivia Gogas and Laura McCann.

ONE TOOTH - 155 Front St N – 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. - Music by Tom Gravelle. Gemstone and crystal jewelry by Alex+Lou. Acoustic artist Tom plays covers from a variety of genres. Harness the Hope, to raise funds and awareness for charitable organizations that serve breast cancer fighters.

CAFE YOGA: Sarnia Reiki, Meditation & Yoga - 150.5 Front St. N. Suite 7 – 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. - Open House with “Seas the Day” art exhibit, and live music by Cheryl LaCroix.

CENTRAL UNITED CHURCH - 220 George St - 8 p.m. Screening of 1925 silent film classic Phantom of the Opera with pipe organ accompaniment.  Advance tickets at Cheeky Monkey or buy at the door.

ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION, BRANCH 62 - 286 Front St N. - 8 p.m. to midnight - Music and dancing with The Casuals.

UPS N’ DOWNS - 226 Front St N - 9 p.m. - 1 a.m. - live music with Dan Butts.

BLUE LINE PUB & LOUNGE - 180 Front St. N. - Live music starting at 7 p.m.

THE TIN FIDDLER - 146 Christina St N – 8 p.m. - 11 p.m. - live music on the patio with "BREN."

REFINED FOOL BREWING CO. - 137 Davis St. - "Simple Patterns” art exhibit by Laura Manzano features a series of mixed media collages composed from shapes found in vintage sewing patterns.
