Two Sarnia sisters are heading to the Canadian CrossFit Regionals in Toronto next month, but they are going with very different expectations.

Amy Bladon of the Bluewater Gymnastics Club is heading to the Canadian Gymnastics Championships in Ottawa in May.

LSSAA rugby coaches held a safe contact training event designed to teach young high school athletes how to take part in contact sports in a safe manner. Over 400 athletes took part in the two day event April 10-11.
