On April 7, 2025 shortly after 10:00 am, police located and individual openly consuming drugs in the area of Exmouth Street and Trillium Park.  The individual initially refused to identify herself but ultimately provided a false name.  Police were able to positively identify her as Harmony MONCRIEF.

MONCRIEF was subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled substance and personation.  Immediately upon being arrested, she became irate and started to resist by attempting to pull away and kick at officers.

During a search incident to arrest, police located and seized a glass pipe and tin-foil which contained a small amount of suspected fentanyl.

MONCRIEF was transported to the Sarnia Police Station where she continued to resist and ultimately kicked an officer in the knee.

As a result, Harmony MONCRIEF (29-years-old) of No Fixed Address was held for bail charged with the following:

  • Possession of a controlled substance
  • Obstruct police
  • Assault police
  • Personation
  • Fail to comply with probation
