“You may say that I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one. I hope someday you’ll join us - and the world will be as one.” ~ John Lennon

Noah is an irreplaceable son; a wise, admirable older and younger brother, a proud uncle, a jack-of-all-trades, and a best friend. Noah offers a contagious smile, witty sense of humour and is enthusiastic and passionate about the things he enjoyed in life. Noah is a genuine soul and isn’t afraid to show his silly, adventurous personality. At family get togethers, he will always end up in some rowdy game with the kids, they loved his energy and creativity. You might say he was the “biggest” kid. He cherished his time with his little cousins, niece, and as summer camp counselor.

He is charismatic and sincerely welcomed anyone with open-arms. Noah is ready to talk to anyone about any topic, but the Calgary Flames were always a bar down topic. Noah is the happiest in his kayak and loves to paddle until all he can see behind him is the windmills. He will forever be stacking the pads in net for the Petrolia Oilers hockey team.

With heavy hearts we share Noah Ritchie Smith, 27 years, of Wyoming passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025. Noah will be lovingly missed by his parents Mark and Sandy Smith. He was the beloved brother of Jasmyne Smith and Victoria Smith (Vincent Bradette-Gignac) and the proud uncle of Bella Rose Bradette-Gignac. Noah was a cherished grandson to Marion and the late Ritchie Smith, Sharon Cooper and the late Ron Cooper and Ali Bedeir. He will be missed by his uncles and aunts Sam Bedeir, Terry Bright (Phil), Vicky (Teresa) Smith, and Connie (Rob) Vandenberghe, Jill (Norm) Gosselin, Clayton Cooper, Carl Cooper, Ian (Carol) Cooper, Ray Bright. Noah was adored by his cousins Ryan (Kyrah), Carla (Eric), Jill (Mike), Michael (Alysha), Aidan, Zach, Jabril, Leila, Amber (Robbie), Adam, Andrew and their families.

Noah will be deeply missed by all who had the good fortune to have met him and been graced by his beautiful soul. Here’s to the best times, the radiant memories, the laughter and song.
Noah - sunward you’ve climbed and paddling into the horizon, a soul set free.
