Peacefully, surrounded by loving family and friends on December 22, 2023 at Bluewater Health, Vivienne passed away at the age of 79. Beloved Wife of Brian Jackson for 60 years. Loving Mother of Kelly (Husband, Ryan). Cherished Granny of Noah (Autumn) and Caleigh. Dear friend to many. Vivienne “Viv” Jackson was a strong person whose perseverance allowed her to accomplish many things with a smile on her face, despite chronic pain from scoliosis. In later years, she would spend many afternoons in bed with pain but it never stopped her from keeping up with daily life. Viv could often be found reading a good book, and kept a beautiful garden. She was very particular about how she kept herself and her surroundings! She was always there when needed and even before. She enjoyed expressing her love with gifts and was ever thinking ahead. Viv was a fierce protector of her family and was one of the most obstinate people we knew - which only made her more endearing. We loved her so much and will miss her more than words can say. Predeceased by her parents, Alf and Margaret “Peg”. Viv did not have any siblings. Cremation has taken place.
