Lawrence House juried art show now open

A new exhibition has opened at the Lawrence House Centre for the Arts. The Floyd Gibson Members' Juried Show features works by Lambton County artists in a variety of mediums, with cash prizes donated by Sarnia Mayor Mike Bradley.

Sports fields now smoke-free

All public sports fields and playgrounds in Sarnia are now smoke-free. On Jan. 1 smoking became illegal anywhere within 20 metres of soccer fields, baseball diamonds, splash pads, beach volleyball courts, playgrounds and other areas.
