The 2025 Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign raised $81,654 for the Alzheimer Society of Sarnia-Lambton, marking the highest total ever collected through the campaign in Sarnia and Bright’s Grove.

The campaign ran from April 28 to May 4, with proceeds supporting local programs for people living with dementia and their care partners.

This was the first year the Alzheimer Society partnered with Tim Hortons for the initiative. All funds raised will remain in the community. The organization estimates more than 3,500 people in Sarnia-Lambton are living with dementia, with approximately 10,500 individuals impacted when including care partners.

Funds will support services including First Link® referrals, social work and respite programs, support groups, Minds in Motion® sessions, and the Society’s structured day program.

Nearly 200 volunteer shifts were filled during the week-long campaign, supported by Tim Hortons staff and local volunteers.
