Semi-detached building lots approved in Heritage Park

Sarnia has approved the rezoning for 26 semi-detached building lots on Ferdinands Crescent in the Heritage Park subdivision.

Sarnia has approved the rezoning for 26 semi-detached building lots on Ferdinands Crescent in the Heritage Park subdivision.

Council’s decision will allow for slightly larger units to be built on the lots, and in some cases slightly smaller side and rear yards.

The move will allow for more efficient use of the 2.7 acres of former farmland, but still be consistence with the physical character of the area, city staff said.

Ferdinands Crescent is an “L” shaped street that runs into Ronald Bloor Drive, just north of Confederation Street.
