The Integrity Commissioner, says Bill Dennis" conduct, almost defies description.
Apparently, Councillor Dennis sent emails to Community Legal Assistance, threatening to "sue the s---t out of" Andrew Bolter, and telling Bolter to "go f--k yourself."
Needless to say, none of that is conduct becoming someone who represents the City, or who has declared their intention to run for Mayor, in the next election.
It seems, Councillor Dennis just can't help himself. Barring him from in person council meetings, cut off his verbal abuse. So, now he's letting his fingers do the talking, and what they're saying, is no less offensive.
Mr. Dennis, certainly seems to lack any impulse control, perhaps, he has a persecution complex. Whatever the reason, he's not only an embarrassment to the City, but to himself and his family. They must dread news reports, because of his nonsense.
Clearly, Mr. Dennis refuses to change his ways. Short of locking him in a closet, with no means of communication, I'm afraid we're just going to keep paying the IC, until he's off city council. After that, whatever he says, won't ne newsworthy.
A great relief for the City, and for his family.
